Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of SureProof (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and all services provided through https://www.sureproof.org.
By accessing or using our website, free AI detector, or paid forensic verification services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SureProof.

SureProof operates as a sole proprietorship based in Colorado, USA, and provides both automated AI detection tools and human forensic verification reports for text, images, and videos.

Services Provided

SureProof offers two categories of services:

  • Free AI Detection: Automated AI-generated content analysis powered by third-party APIs.

  • Paid Verification Services: Human forensic review of uploaded files, with various tiers (Basic, Professional, Enterprise, and Institutional) that include AI detection, expert analysis, and detailed reports.

  • Subscription & Bulk Plans: Monthly recurring plans that allow multiple verifications per billing cycle.

Each service is provided “as available” and may be updated or modified at any time.

Eligibility

SureProof’s services are available to users worldwide. By using our site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable laws.

Accounts are not required to use SureProof, but users may optionally create one to manage subscriptions or view report history.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

Refunds are available only when SureProof is unable to reach a determination (for example, when a submission cannot be confidently classified as human or AI-generated). Refunds are not available for user errors, incorrect submissions, or dissatisfaction with report results.

Prices, plans, and service tiers may change at any time. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.

Turnaround and Delivery

Standard report delivery times:

  • Basic / Professional: 24–48 hours

  • Enterprise / Institutional: 24–72 hours

Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. SureProof is not liable for delays due to technical issues, high submission volume, or third-party API downtime.

Forensic Accuracy and Limitations

SureProof combines automated AI detection with expert human analysis. While we strive for maximum accuracy, no verification method is infallible.

  • Some service tiers (such as Institutional) produce legal-grade reports, while others are for informational purposes only.

  • Basic and Professional reports are advisory, not legally binding.

  • SureProof is not responsible for downstream use, interpretation, or consequences arising from its reports.

  • Final judgments regarding authenticity remain with the recipient or adjudicating body.

User Responsibilities

By submitting any text, image, or video file, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to submit the content.

  • Your upload does not contain illegal, abusive, or harmful material.

  • You will not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the SureProof platform.

SureProof reserves the right to reject or remove any submission that violates these conditions.

Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of all content they upload.

  • SureProof retains ownership of all forensic reports, methodologies, logos, and trademarks.

  • Reports may not be altered, resold, republished, or distributed without written permission.

  • SureProof grants clients a limited license to use their purchased reports for educational, professional, or legal use, depending on tier level.

Data Privacy

All data handling follows SureProof’s Privacy Policy.
Uploaded files and related data are automatically deleted within 72 hours of report completion unless required for legal or quality assurance purposes.
SureProof may store anonymized, non-identifiable data to improve detection algorithms.

Subscriptions and Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until canceled.
Users may cancel at any time through their account or by contacting contact@sureproof.org.
No refunds are provided for unused portions of active subscriptions.

Disclaimers and Liability Limits

  • SureProof provides all services “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee that results will be error-free or legally decisive except for certified Institutional-tier reports.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, SureProof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use its services.

Termination

SureProof may suspend or terminate any user’s access for misuse, violation of these Terms, or suspected illegal activity.
Users may discontinue use of services at any time. Termination does not remove obligations incurred before the date of termination.

Updates to These Terms

SureProof reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
