File Storage and Retention

  • You may request deletion of stored reports or data at any time by emailing contact@sureproof.org.

Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

SureProof partners with a limited number of trusted third-party providers to operate its services securely and efficiently.
Your information may be shared with these partners solely for functional purposes, such as processing payments, performing AI detection, managing communications, and analyzing website performance.

Specifically, SureProof uses the ZeroGPT API for text and linguistic analysis; Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal for payment processing; Wix Automations for transactional and service-related emails; and Google Analytics and Wix Analytics for anonymized performance tracking.

These third parties are given only the minimum data necessary to perform their tasks and are contractually required to protect it, maintain confidentiality, and use it solely for legitimate operational reasons. SureProof does not sell, rent, or trade user information to any external entity.

International Data Transfers

SureProof operates globally. By submitting data, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information on servers located in the United States and other jurisdictions, where data protection laws may differ from your own country.
